The SPC is now considering a new watch for North and perhaps east-central Alabama. An ongoing storm cluster may develop into a more organized linear system capable of damaging wind gust and large hail. SPC is monitoring trends and will likely issue a watch soon. This may be a Severe Thunderstorm Watch and may include Clay, Randolph, Cleburne, Calhoun, Talladega, Coosa, and Tallapoosa in east Alabama. Remain Weather Aware today!
