It’s not often we see such nice weather on Memorial Day weekend. With the passage of yesterday’s cold front, much drier air is rushing in from the northwest dropping humidity levels and the temp. Today’s daytime high will be in the low to mid 70s for much of east Alabama and west Georgia. Expect full blown sunshine to continue through Monday with a slow warming trend. Heat returns Monday afternoon with temps in the mid 80s. A storm system will approach from the west by Tuesday or Wednesday increasing the chance for thunderstorms.
